new laptop jwe crashes on start

I dont get it why??!? it worked fine on pc. once i made it to ther menu crash again its unplayable. and its not like i dont know what i do with hard or software. my gpu cpu all ist defualt i extra set it back, everything is up to date. its just not working. frustating. someone has a tip?

That's strange, the versions should be the same. If you're running any mods for the Steam version it might be that it's causing some of the crashes?
