New Left-hand UI button: System Map View via Navigation Panel selection

I would really like it, when hopping around from system to system, if - when hovering the selector over systems, planets, stars, whatever, in the Navigation panel - there were a button allowing me to go directly to the system view of that thing, rather than having to look at the system name, then open up Galaxy map, find that system, select it, and *then* open up the system map.
