Powerplay New Minor Faction in Rhea? Not on Registered Groups list,

In Rhea it appears we have a new Minor Faction called the East Galaxy Company. I didn't see this listed in the registered groups. I'm wondering if anyone knows what this is about?

So I think they maybe made up a faction and added it now or something because I can't find anything about the East Galaxy Company anywhere.

They borked up ours royally too. Gave our requested system to some poor Bastages in AD who are now 100+ LY from an AD system.

I really feel bad for those guys.
