Currently on passenger/courier missions, you can get the "failed if scanned" missions. Well and good, that's fine. But the messages you get don't always match up with the fluff of the scan. If I'm carrying a passenger who isn't a crime lord, but is camera shy, that says 'famous celebrity/recluse" to me, which would naturally be stalked by paparazzi. If I've got a paparazzi on my tail, I dont think the threat message should be "If you've done nothing wrong you've got nothing to fear" or "I have a client who's very interested in your passenger". Those sound like police/private detectives/pirates/kidnappers.
So, something like "smile for the cameras, <random npc name>!" or "<random npc name>, what do you say to rumors of financial corruption in your organization!?"
In an ideal world, I'd even like the chase ships to be a new ship entirely, like a news wagon or high speed pursuit ship... but that's a bit much i feel, just to give the 'scan' missions more verisimilitude.
