New module or Manifest Scanner upgrade allowing to scan pilot's mission details

It would add depth for us bgs players if we could scan player's ships for information about their active missions' details like for whom they are working. It would make patroling controlled systems a real thing. It could be a new module or upgraded manifest scanner.

Info on who is this pilot's mission giver and who is the mission recipent. This would give information if the missions are favouring your faction's influence or not and act accordingly if you desire.

Ok, so you'd need the mission givers, mission targets and mission types so you can tell what effect they would have. And the same for any passengers presumably. Basically a remote-transactions tab. Hmmm.
