New Oceania - A Candidate for Resortforming

I think I've found my fanciest planet so far, a paradise for wealthy travellers - much like planet Fhloston in the 5th Element, this is New Oceania.

At first, it appeared as a boring water world, but still it was a little different, so I took a closer look. This water world features two tiny archipelago and one island*. Temperature is just right at 25C, gravity is comfy low, there are no clouds, and the planet is terraformable. To add to the exotic feeling, it is 61.5 kly away from Sol!
This planet would be fine for all kind of travellers - from adventurers to honeymooners. It's a shame the vessel 'Gin Palace' won't make it...

*There might be others lurking on the night side.

What I've read, the taste is pretty terrible, but you get used to it. Sort of, in about 20 years...
