New option: toggle fleet carriers in system map

I've been thinking about more elegant ways of displaying large numbers of fleet carriers in the system map. In my opinion, it is excessive to display every single carrier. Instead, it would be nice if carriers could be toggled on and off entirely. When toggled off, the system map would condense as if no carriers were present.

3 options, All, None, Owned/Favorites. Most people would probably keep it on the 3rd option.
