New paths and fences after free update?

Hi everywone, after free update a new path or fence appear on the database to be unlockeable. I already played all campaing and chaos theory mode so i asume those come from one of these. Have you any idea were to unlock them?

I had two new things. It's medium and large electric fence for DFW. I played the whole campaign with just the light fence. Good thing is you can do what I did: start a new California mission and focus on getting the two fences researched.
