New PC

I have just upgraded to a new pc and would like to be able to install ED on it without having to re purchase from steam...is this possible?

yes you can buy direct remember horizons is the expansion pack to elite dangerous and will not function without that base game being owned 1st

You don't have to repurchase in order to install it on a new computer, just install Steam and log in with the same Steam account and you will be able to download it to the new PC.

for some reason I thought op was a first time purchase yes you only need one licence to play on any computer
