Yup, was first scared and then pleased :)

As for the setup: The Class V is orbiting the small organge Herbig AeBe (main star) with the larger yellow TTS in the background.

Just checked on EDDB: The Class V has a SMA of 2Ls, and the TTS one of 8Ls. For more info:

I have actually come out of FSD through a planet a couple of times. You have to be paying attention or they go past so fast that you might not notice. Coming out of FSD through stars is not that uncommon for me.
