nice build, i tried to play with a courier and PA's but i always stuck it on the bottom hardpoint and struggled to get it to hit, on trailing the reticle was always hidden by the front of the ship

I guess we will see more of this with the new AI though, (which kinda makes sense, no sane pilot would stay in the fight with a few % hull left)

Edit: Oh, you're one of our respected (and very welcome) PC brethren. Unfortunately, we don't have access to such arcane magical abilities as 6 axes of control. Not all at once, anyway.
FAOFF is desirable but currently impractical on Xbox.

I tried twin fixed beams on the nacelles last night. It doesn't work. And I always use leading, then you know the vector of the ship, not just the way it's facing

i may try leading again, i found i had more shots on target with trailing (my aim is like the bad guys in a bond film, in fact i'm surprised they haven't recruited me)

2 PA's are a little power hungry on the capacitor though so ill prob just take 1.

You use the same build on the Courier as i do

And, fight pretty much in the same style. Though i use strafing more since i havn't figured out FAOFF yet while fighing... ( i can dock with FAOFF though )
