I have not explored too much so I'm unsure if these are in the game or not, and from my searches I have not found evidence that they are.
These few additions
WASP-62B. - A Jupiter sized cloudless gas giant with a clear, visible upper atmosphere.
WASP-96B. - A Saturn sized gas giant with the same atmosphere.
these are the only 2 planets of this kind ever found by NASA and while there may be more, it's considered to be extremely rare.
Magnetars. - Like the Pulsars we see in the game, Magnetars are Neutron stars, but on steroids', with a LAREGELY increased magnetic field, and output of radiation and radio waves
55 Cancri E - A Diamond Planet. - with an increased density this planet is situated very closely to its star and has an average maximum surface temperature of 4417 °F (2400 °C), with an average orbit of 18 hours, it's a very fast moving planet, and its temperatures are likely to superheat the surface into diamonds.
If this or something like this is added, it'd be a great source of diamonds, however extremely dangerous to even get to, if not impossible, scanning it would likely be the only option.
