Newcomer / Intro New player - Questions

Hello,

Just purchased and was doing the first tutorial mission, now looking to optimize my keybinds~

Is it possible to target with weapons using mouse only, as in move the reticule/crosshair independantly of ship movement? So far targeting seems fixed to centre of screen
Is it possible to solely use wasd to move the ship? I tried it to and turning seems very slow

I really hope the game doesn't force me to use tab-targeting as i rather dislike that

Nevermind. Found anwser on reddit. Very dissapointed.. This design choice makes me feel as if the devs are used to playing with 1 joystick only and cannot envision one for movement and one for aiming.
