With all the recent posts about new players joining Elite: Dangerous and Aisling Duval, I thought it'd be a good idea to share some of the resources our community has made over the year and a half Power Play's been around. (yes, these resources are mostly on the right side column but it's nice to post about them from time to time

)- The Popular Guide to Power Play is maintained by Lance 'Spacecat' D. and is the first place you should look for a comprehensive overview of the mechanics.
- The Popular Guide to Undermining is a new addition which focuses on Undermining specifcially.
- The Pileus Libertas Guide for Beginners is intended to help new players get oriented to power play and AD as a power. It's a bit text heavy and covers a lot of the same info as above.
- Aisling Players maintain a Trello with information about Fortification, Expansion, Preparation, and a number of other topics. This information is pretty close to a live update of what our Power Play team is accomplishing.
- There are two main communication platforms used by the AD community: Slack and Discord. The Slack, for a variety of historical reasons, is most popular and has over 500 active members at the time of this posting. You can request Slack access here. Discord is more popular in most gaming communities and the AD Public Discord is available to all commanders.
- Another good spot to look is the Indices created by MONTItheRED. He's tried to catalogue all the guides and forum posts and reddit threads which are related to AD and her players.
