New reason to have ship naming asap

We could have some nice RNG-based ship-naming... track down the Ship Naming NPC, hand over hundreds of thousands of credits worth of resources, scour the galaxy for a load of materials, spin the wheel-of-letters, and build your ship name one random letter at a time.

I'm abstaining from voting on this one since I've wanted ship naming for over a year now anyway. Not sure if it's worth looking beyond my bias for it as it applies within this context.
