New ride reveal today?

Great detail on this ride but it does seem to be a re-skinned flat ride on what is already in the game. I hope the other 5 new rides will be different then what we have in the game.

A lot of the requests are just the same rides with different skins.

It appears this one is the old style break dance.

I think that it is, because of the round centerpiece between the carts that is half rounded with lights on it, and because of the background wall.

Despite it being a funfair ride, i actually kind of missed this ride in the game and i'm happy we are getting it. Just hoping they thought of the much requested boat ride too(Vampiro).[wink]

I hope they release more pictures of the Power Moves ride. The more I look at the ride it does seem a little different then the one already in the game. I do hope they will add a chairlift ride with this DLC fingers crossed.

Hahaha yes, that one is definatly on my top prio list So many examples in major parks worldwide. Sooner or later we just HAVE to get one

Not be the king of uneducated cynics. I will have to attempt to defend Frontier here. But aren't the majority of general rides these days just slightly altered versions of another ride? Most of them being rides that spin round and round?

Now granted there are a few ride types we dont have much on. IE water rides. However I do feel like if water rides are included it be in a completely different DLC pack around water. Which from what I hear is not in the road map. At least the road map Frontier tells us about.

I hope to see more variety. Hopefully in the future we will. Here however for this pack I suspect we will see a lot of rides with similar functions to existing rides. I also have a feeling one more of these rides will be another roller coaster type.

It would be nice to see things like a Helter Skelter, walk through Fun Houses, mazes, etc but I believe that they said these would be impossible without completely changing the dynamics of the peep's behaviors, which they are unwilling to do.

I guess we'll all know soon!

While I agree I dont believe we will see those rides, I dont believe its because of changes required. Ultimately a few of these rides had been included in previous RCT games. It could be done like it would be for any other ride. You can have the guest enter the ride. Then have a generic animation run said guest through the ride. This wouldn't need really any changes to guest AI. Uncertain how Frontier makes its decisions on what rides to add. Some of it must be based on player feedback .

On a side note I would to see any of those rides. Someone also mentioned a closed off motion simulator. That be really great too. Good news is, leaving past behavior analysis out. Its plausible any of these rides could be added in the future. Its the beauty of allowing expanded content into a game!

It be nice to get another vote like we did a few DLC packs ago.

I would like for Frontier to let us vote on new rides to add to new DLC's as well. Maybe going forward they will do more of that if more people request it.
