New rules with the filters ?

Hi everyone ! [big grin]

Since the last update, filters for environment and buildings in my game won't work as they used to before.

If I chose 2 (or more) types, like fairy tail and pirates (sorry, my game is in french so I'm not sure that's the correct name), it shows nothing. It's like if filters are now working with an "AND" rule, instead of the "OR", like it was before.

It's not a big big deal, but it makes, IMO, filters kind of useless... Does anybody of you has the same problem ?

No, I have not noticed anything changed there. Are you sure you are in the right section or have an 3rd filter still applied?

What I find annoying is that sandstone walls for instance are not categorized by theme (sure it suits pirate or fairytale nice) but by building material.

So if you are using pirate filters and you are in the walls section it will show notihing.

Maybe this helps you out?

Thanks for answering :)

I'm sure to be in the right section, and this happens with only 2 filters.

But I'm not sure what I said was clear... If I want, in the building section, to see everything which is categorized as Castle (in buildings) AND everything which is categorized as Fairy tale (in themes), I won't see any walls if I'm in this sections. Before the last update, I could see them : the walls if I'm in the wall section (because they're from Castle, which I chose as one of my filters), and the decoration in buildings that are part of the Fairy tale theme.

What I realized last night is that it works properly if I chose, for example, 2 themes (like fairy tale + pirate). It's when I chose two filters from two different category (like themes and I don't know how it's in english, but something like "type of buildings"), that the filters won't show me anything.

Oh yeah, I see what you mean. Yes it works as "AND".
