Saud Kruger and Gutamaya present design concept for joint venture at latest space show in lave! A stunning looking vessel on display as what such a joint venture would look like attracted many interested show goers. when asked, execs would not be drawn on if the concept ship would enter production. 'maybe if the demand seem high enough the companies would consider it pending approval by the relevant bodies for the design vis a vis safety, and mandatory ship spec regulations being met.' Rumours abound (well ok we started them) the ship was commissioned by the Alliance as the first in an organised alliance navy being considered as a precaution, given tensions between Empire and Federation seeming to have escalated to a near war level; and with the discovery of the potential thargoid threat. Official Alliance spokespeople who were also viewing rhe concept ship on its landing pad when questioned about the rumour made non substantive responses as we quote here: 'What? who the hell are you? Navy? what are you talking about- no comment. i said no COMMENT.'
a federal spokesman merely dissolved into laugher when asked for comment. the empires official response was to suggest names while smiling patronisingly 'I think its called the Blooper. or Blotter. OR Clip-poo-ga or something.'
