not sure about the vulture but the FDL is 102 million credits.
Vulture is 22 million currently.
Note that recent announcements indicate that these prices are very likely to fall substantially in the next few days, since Frontier have listened to the majority of their players who were unhappy with the initial pricing.

If the price may fall will people who already bought the ship get compensation for it? Or should I sell my vulture now to get some of my money back and wait for the price drop?

Vulture at 22 million for what this ship can do? That sounds too cheap to me. But then again, every ship I bought was because of grind-trading. And that's exactly why ship pricing is coming down. But rather than adjusting the pricing, I would rather see the rewards and difficulty go up.
