New Species & Dig Site Replacements

If you’ve read the wiki pages of certain dino species, you will read that you actually can’t find them in certain dig sites as the game suggests but instead another species in the same family. How about we correct that mistake by replacing with these new species and having the outta place species back in their natural areas.

Would be nice to have the Kayenta Formation in Arizona added to the game - you know the formation where Dilophosaurus was actually from? Not those Chinese site that are where its Sinosaurus doppelganger is from? Yeah, I understand there are a lot of North American sites in the game, even at launch, and Sinosaurus was called Dilophosaurus at one point, but still...

Of course, in the franchise history, it would be just like InGen to mislabel their dinosaurs; I mean, we have Utahraptor-sized dromaeosaurs being called Velociraptor in this franchise.

I just realized that there are only other two pairings: Sauropelta and Gargoyleosaurus and Parasaurolophus and Charonosaurus, but just maybe, I’ll forgive this oversight.

Charonosaurus seems to be one of the dinosaurs that's rumored to be added to the game in the near future, so it's possible the Asian Parasaurolophus site might change (considering the two are very similiar to one another). Then again, the Parasaurolophus from Asia is from the Nemegt site, which is in Mongolia, while Charonosaurus is from the Yuliangze Formation in China (which is in game, btw), so, who knows.

It's probably meant to be Saurolophus actually... not Charonosaurus...

Yes it almost seems like it was a mistake that was never corrected as the names are pretty similar (for good reason since Parasaurolophus was named after Saurolophus.)
Since we also have the Kaiparowits formation now, it seems like a no-brainer to simply move the Para dig site from Asia to it's correct place in Kaiparowits.

Yeah, base game Asia is a bit of a mess outside of Ziliujing, I reckon Parasaurolophus might have been chucked out of Yuliangze due to a last minute add of Tsintaosaurus, though it could just be that they couldn't find anything interesting about the Sunjiawan (Crichtonsaurus) and Jingangkou formations at the time and settled for somewhere geographically between them that they did have something on, or maybe it's both.
