When you substitute numbers for words, it tends to make us go cross-eyed, and frankly - I don't take it seriously at all. It's lazy, it makes your point come across as juvenile and really doesn't make anyone want to help or assist with your issue. I'm not saying you can't use broken English (multilingual and all), but this isn't even binary.
