Handymen could always be set to maintain greenery. Entertainers could be trained to take and sell photographs of peeps, though, and I'm sure they could do more things, like helping lost guests. I don't think it makes sense to directly manage construction, sometimes you would need lots of workers and then suddenly none.

The thing I would like to see is experienced and highly-trained staff begin to manage newer colleagues, taking some of the work out of doing things like setting the patrol areas of each employee. Policies for seasonal workers to match the ebb and flow of demand would be a high-level feature that could save you some money in winter on a harder scenario.

Life guards that actually do something. rather, then them sitting on top their perch just letting people drown.

Maybe they could make some Employee Building. It's where they can have breaks, but also have their education. It would add a new dimension to the game if you can "upgrade" your employees.

Let's say the stalls and attractions won't get an employee automatically. You have to hire people to work in stalls/restaurants and to control rides. There are three levels in this:
- Level 1: stall / restaurant / easy flat ride (like a carousel) employee;
- Level 2: entertainer / more exciting flat ride employee;
- Level 3: rollercoaster / water ride / darkride employee.

Besides this you'll have the same system for engineers/maintenance employees. The level of education determines which rides they can repair.

When hiring employees you can choose which level you want to hire or you just start with Level 1 and upgrade your employees as your park is growing and getting more exciting and bigger rides.

For the janitors, security employees there is just one set level.

I posted this in another thread, but maybe it fits better in this thread [noob]

If any guys play to "Parkitect" i love what they do with "worker staff", they will fulfill the stand who are empty stock. It brings more realism to the game. [heart]

I think we should think more services, such as lost and found, park patrol for lost kids and pickpockets(did I mention pickpockets?-this is awesome, we found a new challenge for park sim), gardening, lifeguard comes to mind.

How cool would it be if there were small bands playing music around the park and people gathering around, like a mariachi- or a one-man-band [big grin]

Edit: a cool example would be the "Efteling Musicians" from themepark Efteling in The Netherlands.

So far we have:

Vendor
Mechanic
Janitor
Security
Medic
Park Inspector
And possibly 4 more that haven't been announced yet

a parade option like they have in disney/gardaland, at each end of the week/ midnight.

creating your own parade that strolls around the park, in all its light and glory

What if we could build a backstage area with offices, and then have executives that work In the office and every once I a while come out to evaluate the park. They could work on research and marketing.

I like that idea. And seeing more staff in general.
