New star needs to be added to the galaxy

These brown dwarfs are very interesting. There are several subclasses of them. If I remember correctly this is a type E.
There might be at least as many brown dwarfs of all sub types as there are visible stars. So FD has a lot of them to add :). Because they are so hard to spot they may account for a large part of the 'missing' mass I read somewhere.
I also read that some might have storms on them with rains of molten iron, hot sand and salts.

Wow that is interesting. I wonder if such an object could sustain life.

Well, they can't sustain nuclear fusion so they slowly cool and contract from the time of formation. Any life developing, more likely in a planet orbitting it, would have to get a move on. Ready... evolve!

New local System Discovered

Astronomers have discovered a Brown Dwarf only 7.2 light years from earth. It's has being designated with the mouthful name of WISE J085510.83-071442.5. This makes it the 4th closest system to our sun.

Wonder if frontier are going to add this with it being so close to us?

I suggest all astronomers stop or postpone whatever they're doing until next alpha is out or we're not gonna get any starmap soon !!

but glad we have a new neighbour ;)
