New Station Under Deployment

Good Morning cmdrs

I have claimed a system, built the first starport (tier 2) but for last 2 days says under deployment so no services within the station (missions outfitting rearming etc)

Is there a time line for how long a station takes to be fully up and running or do i need to do something else to activate these services

On the same tack..i built a science outpost as my first, then began a civilian outpost, turned up to it with 700 tons of steel. No way of delivering it, landed ok but the delivery menu is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!

Make sure you target the construction platform, not the outpost itself, they should be 2 different structures about 25km apart, the construction platform should remain there until the outpost is built and ready to be deployed.

Thanks varonica, will check that. Really enjoying this new feature! And the VR orbit lines have apparently been fixed, will check that out too, happy days!

Doubt it, I was not anywhere near my outpost and it is still under construction inside after the weekly tick.

I would like to know if we can change (add/remove) station services/features, like Black Market or Interstellar Services, or change the legality of items.

Probably not those all sound like things in control of the faction in charge of the station/system.
Unless of course some of the structures we can as architects add to the system affect them, such as Security installations.

Hello, my Refinery Station (initial port) was Under Deployment before the maintenance, I thought it was supposed to begin normal operation after the weekly update?

I had turned in all materials, and it's been several days since the carrier left.

but it is still in that state after the weekly tick

Is this a 'known issue' and the system broken or is there something else I was/am supposed to do?
