Looks like it's atmosphere, found a few others now
Edit: So presumably you can't go to the ones with that mark in EDH4.0, but you can go to the others?
Edit2: Sadly I now need to fly a Horizons account back 2000 ly to test that, since my Odyssey accounts don't have EDH4.0 ...

2000 Ly and an FC jump later - yeah - in EDH4.0 it is clearer:
I had a new thread written up, ready to be posted about the very same thing on Friday... realized at the last minute that it was an atmosphere indicator to help Horizons people.
