New System States As Of Today's Patch

I may be missing something here. But taking a quick look in game at the galaxy map, I couldn't find any systems showing in the new BGS states. Has anyone else found any?

I assume that the state shown on the galaxy map is just the state of the controlling faction? Which would mean that other factions in the systems could be in these new states, but we have no way of finding them other than going into the system itself?

...and absolutely blank knowledge about how to cause these states, and how will it increase/decrease factions INF

I wouldn't expect any this soon - they probably have a pending period, and it'll probably (like Pirate Attack) be invisible. Maybe in a couple of weeks we'll start to see them.

Okay, either I was wrong about the pending period or they quietly started it counting down in the background a little while ago - several blights, droughts, public holidays and terrorist attacks now active.

No infrastructure failures or natural disasters found just yet.
