New systems needing unknown permits?

Has anyone else noticed that some systems in the Bernards loop and Horsehead darkregion nebula need permits for them now? Unknown ones too. Just after the Barnicles were found and I saw the strange icon on the Barnicles from a YouTube video, I as long agreed that it looked alot like Bernards loop. I took my Asp out there and explored much of Bernards loop and surrounding Nebula and after almost a week of exploring I found nothing. Now I wanted to see how my Cutter is for exploration and decided to go back to finish the job I started but now I notice some systems are locked and need permits, you can even see the system if you have previously been there and scanned around, but I don't notice anything different in those systems. Not saying it's Thargoids..... but

Winter is coming my friend, no doubt from that direction!

Better stock up on as much tin-foil as your cargo bay can carry!

So there are even more nebula beside Bernards and Horsehead locked? Interesting. Going to get very interesting soon me thinks. Lostlegend you may be onto something, time to corner the market on tin hats I just picked up 728 tons of tin and the first batch will be ready soon. Lol

Obsidian Ant's YouTube vid shows similar issues. Dunno why either.
I always find his vids and Korneilus Briedis vids very informative.

It's not just the nebulae, there's a huge wall of systems I couldn't go around or over. https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=255234

I had to retrace my steps back to Orion nebula, and then plot using systems I'd passed through on the way in. I nearly gave up, I didn't actually know if it was possible to get back.

If you do get a chance though, I recommend the Spirograph nebula. It's up there with Great Annihilator as a top place to visit
