Newcomer / Intro New to Elite, would love some other players to team up with!

Hey guys! I just joined Elite Sunday, although I actually started playing it yesterday (Monday). I spent all of Sunday doing the tutorials over and over so I could get a good grip of the controls and such.

So far, I have been flying around a lot. Haven't gotten into any fights, but been "exploring" as far as my sidewinder can take me (fuel scooping when necessary and all).

I have been playing solo mostly, but would love to play online, either private group or open play. However... I love playing with other people.

Been interdicted a few times, and while I have no shields, I have gotten quite good at getting away. Lol

So, is there anyone here that would like a teammate? Preferably someone that likes exploring and pushing their limits (let's see how far into unknown space we can explore with our sidewinders!)

I am on Easter Standard Time, in the US.

Anyway, hopefully some like minded commanders are around. It's great to be here!!!

Hey there,
Becareful around Diso and Orrere.
There are 3 human pirates ganging up on people. one called aSnEaKyNiNjA, Kosmo and I'm not sure of the 3rd.
They just keep chasing over and over and think they are not pirates.
Anyway. PM me.
I'm in Aus.

I have not seen those systems at all yet (I started in Potriti, but I am faaar from there now, a few hundred light years).

If you want to play WITH others, try the Mobious PvE Group. Its less populated, but at least you wont get ganked
If you want to play AGAINST others, then Open is the one for you.

Most encounters in open are peacefull, but if you want guarantees, join Mobius. There ARE gankers in open, but mostly they concentrate on the core systems.

Thank you guys for all the suggestions. I made enough cash yesterday to get myself an Adder, while the right-side seating is a bit weird, I have to say it's pretty darn cool that it's a two seater ship, and the way that engine sounds, is awesome!
I am totally curious if two people could pilot the Adder once they implement the crewed ships feature :D
