Newcomer / Intro new to game, and i can figure out how to open training sims.

So, I'm a new player to this game, and I need help. I can't figure out how to open the "Internal Interface". I don't know which key it is, and I'm just trying to get to training simulations. Can someone help me?

It's the panel on the right-hand side of the cockpit. I think the default keybinding uses the number keys:
1. External (navigation and contacts)
2. Comms
3. Info
4. Internal (ship and CMDR information)
