Newcomer / Intro New to Odyssey: Disembark button missing

Not sure if this is the right forum so apologies if it's not. I've been playing Elite Dangerous on PS5 for a couple of months. Got a few ships and credits. Then I read about Odyssey so I decided to take the leap and purchased it on Steam. All was going great, did the First Footfall(?) etc. Saw a lot of feature changes and took a while to use the keyboard. Saw the Disembark button underneath the Station Services button and explored stations. After a while I decided to migrate my PSN account so I don't have to redo the credit accumulation. I couldn't use my orig steam acct for the transfer so I had to use my PSN alt acct since the transfer requires a completely new frontier acct to effect the transfer.

Here's the issue - the transfer went fine. But every time I go to a station the Disembark button is missing so I can't do any on foot missions. Not sure if I had to do a tutorial or something or use a different launcher version. I checked the launcher and I see the Elite Horizon, Legacy, Combat, etc but am not sure if Odyssey should be there. So what am I missing?

No, there's no tutorial needed. If your account includes Odyssey, you can disembark right away.

It's most likely that your account that was transfered to PC doesn't include Odyssey, as your old Playstation account couldn't have included Odyssey. So, that's a bit of a bummer. A better way would have been to first transfer your old PS account to PC, then buy Odyssey for that account.

If your account has Odyssey, the launcher looks like this after you clicked on "Versions":

Thank you for the quick response. Yep my launcher doesn't look like yours. I wonder if a repurchase could even be done. I'd hate to create another acct to repurchase. I guess I just have to redo the credits again. Again thanks.

You just need to actually buy Odyssey for the account to which you transferred. You only bought it for your Steam account, based on what you said.

Anyway, the Disembark button missing, and Odyssey missing from the launcher list, indicates that Odyssey is not active on your account.

This. Current thinking for me as well since some Steam games are like that. Let me see if I can buy it on the frontier store under the transfer acct. TYVM.
