Well that kinda sucks. I don't mind the PP bounty but if I pick up a Faction or System bounty that is for the same power I can't pay it off without also paying of all the PP bounties as well. For example I have 22000 in PP bounties and 500 for LP 759 (I made that up) and they are all Federation bounties when I go to the Interstellar Factor they come up as a lump sum of 22500 Federation bounties. The only way to get rid of the System bounty is to give my self up at the system and get sent to a detention centre which is a pain in the as many missions will necessarily incur a bounty. such as scanning a private beacon.
Yes. I'm new to PP myself. Only been doing it for few days but I have thrown myself into a steep learning curve. I just paid off around 1.4 million in Fed bounties myself.
As far as I can tell, what you and I are currently experiencing is one of the many reasons why a large proportion of the player base say that PP sucks.
It seems that for most players PP actually costs credits to participate in. Most people seem to just join a power for the 4 weeks required to purchase the module they want and then quit.
I am currently searching for a reason to play PP beyond the modules. No luck yet.
