New type of transport missions

Why are we restricted to being able to haul all the cargo in one go?

Why not give cargo missions that that says something like, I need to transport 2000 tons of clothing to station X? You have 4 hours to do it.

Now it is up to you if you to figure if you can do it.
If you are in a Cutter, with 700+ capacity, should be pretty doable, in just 3 trips...
If you are in a smaller ship with 200 capacity, you are talking about 10 trips.

If you fail to deliver all gods, you do not get paid. So missing 1 ton = no pay!

So this is how I envision how this could work.
1. You accept such mission, deliver X amount to station Y, in Z hours.
2. You go to cargo master and requests the cargo, you select how much of the available cargo to load, and you can also unload this cargo here, for example if found a much more lucrative job.
3. You travel to destination, and visit Cargo Master to unload cargo
4. When all cargo has been delivered, visit mission to get paid by turning in the mission

Time is only when you are in game, so being away not playing is not messing these missions up.

I could also see these kind missions as passengers missions, in this case, it would be to transport refugees from conflicts/starvation/poor economy/whatever stuff BGS have that can cause mass migrations... We could also have emigrants that want to seek better life in a new territories... and seek bulk transport for that reasons.

Idea here is to give more challenges, and we could get missions that have really tight window to complete, and thus higher reward, and then we can larger time window and that would a lower reward. But allow for smaller ships to take these missions, as they could be a challenge for these ships to manage to complete the delivery.

Good idea! It would be nice to be able to do these missions in a smaller ship.

Also, it would allow you to accept a mission that needs more cargo space than you currently have. On numerous occasions, I've seen a desirable mission, reconfigured my modules to add some cargo racks, and gone back to the Mission Board, only to discover that the mission is gone. That's an awful gameplay situation.
