New WANTED method for accidental shooting fines

For accidental shootings hows about a visit (Interdiction if in SC by this time) from a Cop and demands to pay the fine on the spot. A corrupt (perhaps more dangerous ship too) Cop or "Lawless" Enforcer will demand a much higher fine like they do! It's your choice to either pay up or shoot the crap out of him and run or kill him for your own bounty if in non-Anarchy space.

The scenario could be the turning point of a bad cop too. Say you pay the 400cr fine. They thank you, pause when you think all is done and then they ask for more money ... a lot more!
Failure to pay may extend to "Ok follow my Wake, I'm bringing you in" - failure will result in being chased to kill.

At the VERY least let me get back to the station and pay them off as a fine.....but NOOOOOO we have to run and find another system for a week because some idiot flew into us. Stupid Stupid Stupid.....
