I'm guessing this still isn't implemented? FD mentioned they would use new formula that relies on controlled systems from this week onwards, but comparing various powers it still seems like the formula relies on exploited systems...
Is anything changed in the way overheads are calculated or is it still the same old formula with the exception of ADL who is receiving bailout CC?
