Newcomer / Intro Newb Approaching Station

NPC craft. You can't do that.
Map a button to 75% throttle. Approach the station at full speed until the time hits 0.07. When you are at 0.07 hit the 75% throttle key and fly to the station until you are close enough to disengage. The ship will automatically slow as you approach.
Can't get to the station any faster than that.

You don't need to creep along.
Set a hotkey for 75% Super Cruise.
Blast toward the station at full speed until you get to about 15 seconds time, then hit the 75% key.
The ship will adjust it's speed auto-magically and the two bars will drift nicely into the blue zones until you get the "Safe" message.
Drop out of SC and you'll be nice and close to the station, but not crashing into it.
