Newbie help with employees

I'm frustrated and confused. Why does it seem like my food and beverage stands are not very busy? Park is 4 years old, guests are saying they're thirsty and hungry, yet my employees that work at those venues are not happy bc they're not busy and eventually quit.

Only thing I can think of is I usually use custom food and drink blds bc they're less expensive. And I don't dress them up. Could that be it?

There is a bug relating to that that I'm aware of from memory somewhere in the Bug Reports section. If you are running it in Sandbox you may be able to work around that partially by increasing the salaries of the affected staff.

Ahh. Thanks Would make sense. In one case the food place has a nice line and the worker is still bored!! But I'm in challenege mode. I'll check out the bugs section.

PS - crazy but you must be the same legendary Shaneturner from the Trainz forum!?!? Hi!! Helpful as always and funny to see you on here!

Also make sure your stands are in very high volume areas.

If you force people to walk past them they will stop more often.
