newbie question (or not ?)

Hi everyone,

I'm pretty new to planet coaster and I'm wondering if I missed something or not in managing attractions, shops and employees.

There are information available to see how parks evolve along time (from months to several years). So you can follow how benefits are progressing depending on you actions. Same for how many guests are visiting parks.

Regarding more specific actions, let say for a shop, I can compare from one month to the previous one. But this almost meaningless if you want to see if your adjustments are efficient since it can take a lot of time.
Same issue for attractions and why not for looking at activity of employees .
I'm looking for some graphs that show interesting metrics for each attraction/shop/employee for several months/years (ideally would show events on the graph like "price changes or recipe changes or other speed changes" ).
It should be easier then to estimate how efficient my actions are.

My question is: are these information already existing and I didn't find it (then thanks to anyone who would say me how to get it) or this doesn't simply exist, and I think it would greatly improve management experience.

Hello,

welcome to PC and our community. Sadly, my personal answer is that your action do not have real depth impact and if there is any, you will definitely notice it within one month. Or do you speak about some specific adjustments? If there is some effect, it´s usually immediate.

A lot of the Alpha players mentioned this to the team and it is not implemented ever since. Which brings up a lot of discussion right now with people are now leaving the game untouched for a while. This is a much requested item but the DEV's seems not very interested in taking these to the game. Sorry to disappoint you.

This management aspect would be an amazing addition but is unfortunately missing at present (see previous re heat maps and similar).

Right now profitability is worked out by trial and error or, in the case of ride prestige, 6 per star. For the latter I tend to raise it early game then lower as it’s so easy to make money it feels like cheating!
