b) Can the photograph remain untouched by the forum photoshop experts?

Great stuff, though! Really like the sense of scale there. (Also why I can't wait for first person in the game so I can walk around these ships!)

And now a sane review of the newsletter.

It's great to see how the various dev team members view the Alpha and the beginnings of their hard work bearing fruit...

I love the shot of the ships currently in game lined up together.... Really does show off how they compare to each other in terms of scale.

I like the sound of the ships each having a different signature (I think this may have been mentioned before) just makes things even more awesome.

Superb work FD... Enjoy your Xmas break and New Year!

Wonderful newsletter and the whole team can be extremely proud of what they have achieved so far. Great seeing the crew together and morale levels must be sky high after alpha success.

What this clearly shows is a tight knit team who know exactly what their tasks are and an inspirational leader with the vision to create something very special. What a very stark contrast this is to the recent SC update. Well done Frontier team.
