Surprising that there is not yet an official thread in the forum "updates", for the newsletter # 25

I can't remember if they had turrets before, but an anaconda should not be trying to rotate to target enemies!

True. They definitely had turrets back in Alphas 1, 2 and 3 - it was why we respected them so much - get to close at a plane above the 'Conda, and *wham* turreted beam laser to the face.

I must admit I did take three out in a row in a Cobra in Alpha 4, 'cus they insisted charging straight at me, so flying backwards at a range of 3000 - 3500 metres with multi-cannons just made it a turkey shoot.

I believe what we have in the beta/gamma stages are and will be nothing compared to the retail release. Roll on release!!!!

It's certainly not just Alpha backers, I can't remember the exact pledge level, but iirc as long as you bought the game you could get it. Check with the store for your account details. There is a check box to subscribe

Planets do look a lot better in those screenshots although they still haven't updated that awful star field.

You've heard of 'artistic license', and 'concept art'? I don't think it constitutes a binding legal agreement.

Whilst it looks pretty, I'm not sure I'd like a 4km wide metal box in low orbit around my home planet.
