Sorry I've posted this here but I didn't know where else to put it!
A good friend of mine called Norman Williams (a now retired stress engineer) has done a paper on Newton Time that I feel I should share with my fellow commanders!
I've known Norman for around 17 years whilst working with him as a fellow stress engineer. I called him the Jedi Master of Stress because he knows all methods of analysis you can think of. He's a top man!!
