Next building question / boat tour

Just built a boat tour. But where can I adjust the technic maintenance. The menu is full with crap like different statistics and colouration - but no tab with a wrench. Ingame help is no help either. Where is the maintenance menu hidden?

Found it out myself in the meantime: You have to open the ride. On opening you get a whole bunch of new options.
Funny though, that they didn't stay consistent with their menus.
