Ngaiawang Community Goal (Slave discount not working?)

I noticed this yesterday and was hoping it would be working today, but am I the only one that has noticed the slave discount isn't in effect? It can't have been for that station only because they don't sell slaves.... unless it was one massive oversight which is even worse...

It is for that station only, and like with every other community goal, if they don't normally sell something, they will sell it for the duration of the reward (e.g. Nourse orbital never sold the Asp except when it was a global reward for a community goal, and then it was discounted).

Except in this case we keep shooting between high demand and low supply. Add the fact that the low supply is screwing up the discount and this turns into a huge ballsup.
