OK, I've completed a G5'd Ax anti scout build and had it brought to the Pleiades. I'm just trying to get my feet wet in xeno conflict by taking on scouts first. While I was waiting for the ship to arrive, I went to several systems to see what I could find.
Never once saw anything below a lvl 5 let alone a lvl 3 (what I'm looking for).
Are there particularly systems that will Spawn L3's more consistently?

OK, the answer is....... Fly away from station by about 3,000lyrs and you'll find plenty.
I'd personally like to thank all 59 Cmdrs who read this thread, offering squat in response.
You're truly the cream of the Ed crop.

Threat 4's are your better bet. Asterope should have plenty of them close to the star.
