To the best of my knowledge the forums haven't been 'revamped'. Their appearance and functioning hasn't changed in the last few months. It is more likely that something is wrong on your end. Perhaps you have selected another forum style in your Opera browser? There's a dropdown menu at the bottom of the forum which has a few forum style options to choose from.
The Thememaker's Tookit and forums are handled by different employees, so any work done on the forums does not affect answering questions regarding the toolkit.

Forums look the same to me. And even IF they were updated, do you really think that it is the same people who manage the back-end of the forum that also develops the game and can answer questions about specific parts of that game? Come on, you are better than that! Some people just have find stuff to complain about all the time.
