Yeah, it was a good decision. Many of us off-topic folks have really been incapable of controlling ourselves.
Now, that being said...
ONE NINETY THREE, BIZ-NATCHES!!!! Eight pounds to go.
Weighed in at 193lbs this morning (13.78 stone, 87.54 kg) (and I hadn't even dumped off the extra pound or two yet after my morning coffee, if you know what I mean).
I'm 5'10" (178cm).
How'd I do it, you ask? I just kept on eating right and exercising. I dropped off the exercise for a couple of weeks last month, but picked it up again and have been making it happen.
I also realized that it takes just as long to ride my bike to work as it does to drive. So, up at 5, on the road by 6:45-7:00, showered, logged in, and having coffee at the office by 8:00. And at 15 miles round trip, at 13-14 mph, that's about 1200-1300 calories a day, just enjoying a bike ride.
Been doing light weightlifting at the house, too.
Pretty soon I'm gonna be so "Bro". I'm going to have to get some polo shirts a size down and pop the collars, and hang out at college bars.
Personally, I think Brett should've hired Adam Hills to deal with the ill-tempered political debates:

Good riddance to 'em. I'm not anti-political discussion, but as Brett notes, there are better places for them. I don't know about you guys, but that's not what I come to this forum for.
