I search the key in keyboard... How to enable :S my ship and srv ?

Controls. In the "Miscelanous" section. It's called Night vision. (I think it's the last one)

You can also enable it from the right panel in the "Ship" tab.

Night is for when you still have residuuos sparse lighting to amplyfy. Thermal is for complete darkness when you rely on heat sources for imaging. Night is stronger in generating a "clear picture".

Though to be complete, the system that is in Elite is neither thermal, nor night, it's a ladar - a surface scan that overlays the ground with a 3D map od said ground on your display (cockpit window)

Laser ranging I guess. That's a vast amount of data to process when used in 360 all aspect.
