Ninja Luxury ships disappearing before my eyes.

Was ferrying back and forth, maybe I gave them all they wanted. I logged off and back on (both inside instance and outside instance in SC) and this keeps happening. I was able to offload at another seeking luxuries spot, so it's not a general issue of them taking a holiday. I also hung around in that empty instance for at least five minutes while I was working out shadowplay, so it doesn't seem like they respawn (quickly, at least).

It was happening to everyone last night at that location, when I woke up this morning everything was fine though.
