Is Frontier going to develop a crossover RPG game with Nintendo characters for the Nintendo Switch as their first Nintendo-published game?

I'm talking more along the lines of Nintendo: Worlds Unite. It will feature some of Nintendo's well known franchises like Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Animal Crossing, F-Zero. Maybe even some of Nintendo's most recent franchises like Splatoon and Arms, as well as obsolete games like Excitebike and Duck Hunt.

UMM yeah thats pretty much Super Smash Bros.
This is not Super Smash Bros. This will be more like Mario + Rabbids where the characters get to move and each character has his or her own special weapons. They can also guard behind walls, dash into enemies, and can do team jumps.

Is there even a rumor that Frontier cares about the Switch console at all? Is it an attempt to pitch your Nintendo concept and is the Frontier mention just there to "justify" the thread's existence? In case of the latter; This is the Off-topic discussion so anything goes. If you want to talk about Ninty, you can do so without a forced mention of Frontier or PlanCo, I suppose.

Frontier seems to aim at a broad public when it comes to the games that they develop since they started publishing their own games. Therefore, it would be unlikely that Frontier would develop a game just for the Nintendo Switch.

if were going for mashups, why hasnt somebody made a game based on Space Jam? imagine if Nintendo remade super mario strikers into a basketball game called Super Mario Strikers Vs Looney Tunes featuring Michael Jordan and the All-Stars in Bball Galaxy Jam...
