Can you describe which type of stutter you get? Is it a constant "judder" (called micro-stutter) as described in the OP of this thread: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=86133 or is it occasional stutter (which quite a few players get)?

Running a Zotec GeForce 970 here on a 42In 4k display. Its fast enough for me but I'm used to playing in the 30-40fps range to be honest. I also get stutter. Its got a little better after I turned off the cache in the launcher.

Thanks that's really helped. Also helped with audio stuttering.

The 970 seems to be an excellent card. But I will never buy because I do not like the story of the RAM ...

Running on a Gigabyte 970 two monitors one 2560x1440 for the windowed game on Ultra settings and a 1920x1080 for a browser or an Excel file.
I had some stutters only when SC to a station close to a planet but nothing like the stutters I had on a 860M one with High settings
