Make sure you get the drivers from Nvidia and not Windows

The latest version on the nvidia website is 441.66.

A few random thoughts:-
You are using Win 10 64 bit?
Your GPU is a bit old - I wonder if you use the last known good version of drivers (you may need to cycle through the versions available)

I have used both NVIDIA Drivers : 441.66 and 309.08 (used then when game worked without problems)
AND
nothing
same problem " No 3d-Accelerated ... bla bla bla
Few hours ago I have submited a ticket to Frontier Support and wait .....

What's dxdiag (open run type 'dxdiag', run it, and go to the display tab) say?

in the mean time run a burn test and look for artifacts (pixels out of place etc) https://geeks3d.com/furmark/downloads/ eg
Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbR3AhXYPUY

The problem with using FurMark is that it often induces so much throttling that it can often run fine on even flaky hardware.

Indeed, with the default settings at 1080p and 2x AA, the test almost immediately power throttles on my undervolted 1080 Ti with +50% on the power limit. Most of my other GPUs made in the last five years never reach anywhere near typical clocks while running FurMark and the throttling that protecting them from the current draw and temperatures it can induce can also conceal instabilities.

Anyway, while I certainly cannot rule out the OP's part being unstable, any defect that would show up in a stress test is not likely to result in that error message.

had a gpu once behaved normally in windows etc as soon as I ran any direct x game it crashed and furmark would not run at all
by him running it it would tell us a lot or confirmation other direct x 12 games run fine (are the API's happy and the dlls dilly)

There was a problem like this after a windows 10 update:
https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/no-3d-accelerated-display-mode-available.386097/

You can try to :
1. open the nvidia control panel
2. Go to the "change resolution tab"
3. Look at the refresh rate box,
4. if it's 59z, change to 60hz, click apply, try to launch the game (optionally change back to 59hz but 60hz should be the value to keep)
5. if it's 60z, change to 59hz, click apply, try to launch the game (Optionally, change back to 60hz, it should be the value to keep)

There's also some people having problems (and a possible fix) with multiple monitors setups in that same topic.

Many, many thanks MrVaad. It work. I have changed only the freq. from 60Hz to 59Hz and ED Horiz is mine again.
1.000.000.000 of thanks.
Really glad you're up and running again, and well done 'Mr Vaad' for the fix, sometimes things are so simple it's laughable.
When I installed my new card All the games recognised it but Windows didn't...

I could not believe what i read when i found this but though it was worth a try :)

I think Frontier should compile all those workarounds somewhere.
